My job keeps me busy, so I use my mobile to manage my work. I make phone calls, send emails, and join online meetings. I’ve also used it to check my calendar and deadlines. I hardly ever use it for fun — for me, it’s mostly a tool for work and communication.

I try not to spend too much time on my phone, but I still use it every day. I’ve installed a few apps for meditation and sleep sounds. I listen to calming music before bed, and I sometimes read e-books on my mobile. It helps me relax after a long day, but I always try to switch it off at night.
